For the last two thousand years of recorded history most of humanity has lived within a paradigm that said we are all separate beings. Separate from each other, separate from the planet that sustains us and separate from the source of our existence.

Until the last one hundred years this separation mentality was annoying and we killed a lot of people because of it, but the societal structure and the planet were able to keep pace with man’s attempts at exploitation and murder. However, the last 100 years have produced changes in our societies and have taken a toll on the planet that forces us to re-examine how we live, and expect to continue to live, with the demands now being placed on us.
